“Art is something that allows the creator of the art piece to connect in some way with the viewer.  For the viewer, the impression may be positive, negative or neutral depending on their own background and interests.  The viewing and acceptance of the image by the viewer can stimulate an emotional response.  My artwork is created with a sincere spirit to engage the viewer on some level in a positive way.”

“My inspiration for each piece may come from various sources…generally the arrangement of parts & pieces with added details to make a visual impression.  In some way, inspiration will also relate to an image of something from the past.  I may create several pieces along a similar theme, but my desire is to always result in something truly unique.”
